Weekly Menu {2/1–2/5}

Happy Monday! Happy February! How are you feeling about the upcoming holiday? I know some people have hard feelings about Valentine's Day. I'm looking forward to putting my heart wreath up and pulling out a few other pink decorations.
Here's what's on the menu this week.
Monday—Quesadillas for Finn and I. Dylan has a broomball game for a league he is on, so it's just me and the little guy.
Tuesday—Pizza Sandwiches
Wednesday—Spaghetti and Meatballs with our new friends, Emilie and Andrew. We are going to put this together on Tuesday night and then just let it warm up on Wednesday before they come over.
Thursday—Crockpot Chicken Gnocchi Soup
Friday—Eating Out and then reading at a local coffee shop for date night.
